A slight majority of people disapprove of Phase 2 of the government's Chim-Shop-Chai (eat-buy-spend) economic stimulus scheme, saying that the spending rule and registration process are too complicated, according to an opinion survey by the National Institute for Development Administration, or Nida Poll.
