CM Devendra Fadnavis is likely to stake claim in Maharashtra to form the govt before the deadline set by governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari. Sources said Fadnavis who has clear support from 105 BJP MLAs and a few independents, may submit a letter to the governor. A new CM must take oath on or before Nov 10, failing which Central rule would have to be imposed.
