Belvoir Bay won the Grade 1 $1 million Breeders Cup Turf Sprint in record time at Santa Anita on Saturday for her owner Gary Barber, trainer Peter Miller and jockey Javier Castellano. Belvoir Bay was the only mare in the field of 12 and beat the boys breaking the course record time 54.83 seconds. Peter and Ross Doyle Bloodstock purchased Belvoir Bay at Tattersalls October Yearling Sale Book 2 in 2014 for 20,000Gns.
