I love my partner but the sex is terrible and he’ll be offended if I say something
DEAR DEIDRE: EVERYTHING is going well with my partner and I think we have a future together – but the sex is not good for me.
We have been together for four months and we get on great. He is 22, I am 23, and we both want good sex.
But he can’t be bothered with foreplay.
When I do not get turned on instantly, our sex sometimes feels really uncomfortable for me.
I do not know whether he would engage in foreplay, as I have not actually asked him. I feel too nervous to and I have no idea how to bring it up.
I don’t want him to think he is not good enough in bed.

Tell him you want to enhance your love life and you are both going to have more satisfying fun if he takes the time to get you aroused.
