ALLAN WERNICK: As judge blocks Trump’s efforts to require visa applicants have health care, delays grow for green card interviews

A federal judge has temporarily blocked the Trump administration’s attempt to require immigrant visa applicants to have health insurance as a condition for getting a visa. This is another victory over the president’s efforts to rewrite our immigration laws without regard to congressional authority.
