What time does MasterChef: The Professionals start on BBC?
MasterChef: The Professionals series 12 kicks off TONIGHT (November 5) at 8pm on BBC Two.
The show runs for seven weeks and the first stage of the competition is called the heats.
Episodes usually airs on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at the same time each week, with the final being on the 24 December.

Who are the MasterChef: The Professionals contestants?
The BBC hasn’t revealed the full names and job titles of the MasterChef: The Professionals contestants just yet.
However, viewers can expect a mix of levels from across the UK.
A total of 48 chefs are entering the kitchen in the hopes that they can follow in the footsteps of last year’s champion Laurence Henry.
In the first four weeks, 12 chefs will be introduced, divided into two groups of six for heats on Tuesday and Wednesday’s episodes.
