Election Day polling briefly paused after Kentucky elementary school put on lockdown

Election Day voting at a Lyndon, Ky., elementary school ground to a halt Tuesday afternoon when the polling place went into lockdown, officials said.

Bowen Elementary School was locked down around 1:25 p.m., Louisville police said. The lockdown lifted at 2:18 p.m., cops said.
