[Men's Basketball] Apaches open season with win
Tyler Junior College, led by 19 points from Ryan Walls and 18 points from Jason Bush Jr., opened the basketball season with an 83-56 victory over Grayson County on Saturday in Denison.
TJC led 44-11 at halftime and cruised from there.
Walls, a 6-8 sophomore from Whitehouse, drained six 3-pointers, while Bush, a sophomore from Longview, added five buckets and was 8 of 9 form the free throw line.
