MOISE KEAN was axed from Everton’s squad for Saturday’s 2-1 win at Southampton by Marco Silva after missing a team meeting for the second time this season.

The teenager, a £27m summer signing from Juventus, was forced to travel with the Toffees to St Mary’s but was not part of the matchday squad following a breach of club rules.
