ISIS threat: Erdogan will RELEASE ISIS prisoners if EU imposes sanctions on Turkey

TURKEY’S President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has issued a chilling threat to release all the Islamic State prisoners in Turkish custody if the EU persists in imposing sanctions over Ankara’s controversial plans to drill for oil off the coast of Cyprus.
