‘Arrogant’ property tycoon smirks as he’s freed early from prison after crashing £140k Porsche while high on cocaine
AN ‘ARROGANT’ property tycoon smirked as he was freed early from prison after crashing a £140,000 Porsche while high on cocaine.
Millionaire Martin Skinner, 41, caused life-changing injuries to his female passenger when he lost control of his high-powered supercar last year.
However, he walked out of jail seemingly without a care in the world after serving just three months of his initial 22 weeks sentence.
He was filmed leaving HMP Pentonville in London, last week still dressed head-to-toe in his grey prison uniform.
The man behind the camera asked him: “Martin… you are out of prison is it going it be your last f***ing time.”
Skinner then smiled at the camera and crossed his fingers.
A message underneath the Facebook video posted in the name of ‘Martin Skinner’ read: “I’m back – thank you so much to everyone that has been so supportive following my car accident last summer while I’ve been somewhat unexpectedly incarcerated for 3 months !”
At the time of his sentencing, the judge branding him “arrogant” after he turned up two hours late to court in his McLaren sports car claiming his alarm had failed to wake him.
Skinner, a father-of-one who was living in Mayfair, was under the influence of the Class A drug when he ploughed his Porsche into a tree.
The property expert was going at such speed that the engine flew out of his Porsche 911 GT3.
He was convicted of careless driving and failing to provide a specimen to cops.
The Sun later revealed just months after Skinner was in the crash he was snapped openly taking cocaine during a business meeting with colleagues before jumping into a £150,000 Aston Martin.
Skinner, who has a multi-million pound home in Knightsbridge, London, regularly posed with his fleet of supercars on Instagram.
But since his conviction his property companies, Inspire Asset Management and Inspired Developments London, have gone into administration.
Skinner had previously claimed that he had built the company to be worth £500million.
A source told The Sun at the time: “He is a complete arrogant a*******, he just doesn’t care about anything or anyone but himself.
“He carried on taking cocaine and driving. During a business meeting at his house he said that he needed to take a line and then pushed the leftovers to the middle of the table.
“It was shocking really, and he got into his car and sped off after that.”
Skinner, 40, smashed into a tree in his high-powered 190mph Porsche after taking cocaine on the evening of August 24 last year.
He hit the tree with such force that the engine came out of the car – and the crash left his 30-year-old female passenger with brain injuries.
Skinner persuaded the woman to get in the £140,000 Porsche 911 GT3 and guide him to a local shop in the village of Rudgwick near Horsham, West Sussex.
He tested positive for cocaine on a roadside drugs test before he was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Skinner initially pleaded not guilty to careless driving and failing to provide a specimen for analysis.
He had claimed the crash was “caused by a defective road surface”.
And he said he failed to provide a specimen “because he was not fit enough to give his consent at that time”.
However, after legal advice, Skinner then changed his pleas to guilty.
