CALL it Monday blues. Of all the days, rating agency Moody’s chose the first business day of the week to add to the growing global gloom. Troubled by disruptive and unpredictable politics around the world, Moody’s, on Monday, sliced its global sovereign outlook for next year from “stable” to “negative”.
