Artisanal Brewing Ventures (ABV), a collective of Northeastern craft breweries backed by New York family office Ulysses Management, announced plans to acquire Virginia’s Bold Rock Hard Cider. ABV will add 80,000 barrels of craft cider and hard seltzer to a stable of notable brands via the purchase.
