How anti-doping movement has fallen flat in wake of NDTL's suspension

How much is the testing abroad of urine/blood samples of its sportspersons costing India? $300 (Rs 21,000) per 'A' sample of urine or blood. This is steep, but if the athlete wants the 'B' sample to be tested, it would cost him $600 (Rs 43,000)!
