8 displaced in Sheridan Park fire

Eight people are looking for temporary housing Sunday after a fire swept through an apartment building in Sheridan Park on the North Side.
The fire was reported about 12:20 p.m. at a three-story building in the 4400 block of North Racine Avenue, Chicago fire officials said.
No one was injured in the blaze, but eight adults in the six-unit building cannot return to their apartments for the time being, officials said.
The fire remains under investigation, officials said. The exact extent of the damage was not immediately known.
