This Is Us star Justin Hartley’s divorce gets messy as former couple can’t agree on separation date
THIS Is Us actor Justin Hartley can’t seem to agree with his estranged wife Chrishell Hartley on when they actually called it quits on their marriage.
The US actress has responded to Justin’s divorce petition and claims it came completely out of the blue for her.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Chrishell, 38, lists their date of separation as November 22, whereas Justin says they split on July 8.
However, the couple – who married in October 2017 – were pictured out together several times in between July and November, and were even seen just one week before Justin filed for divorce.
Justin cited “irreconcilable differences” in divorce paperwork and is apparently not willing to pay Chrishell’s legal fees.
Chrishell’s divorce attorney, Samantha Spector, says that as well as the fees, she wants him to pay spousal support, but Justin is allegedly refusing to that too.

Justin and Chrishell — who’s real name is Terrina — don’t have children together, but he has a daughter, Isabella, from his first marriage to actress Lindsay Hartley.
