Austin fire, medics responding to boiler room rescue at north Austin Econo Lodge motel

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Austin-Travis County EMS and Austin Fire Department crews are responding to a rescue of someone reportedly pinned behind equipment in the boiler room of the Econo Lodge motel located at 9102 Burnet Road in north Austin.

According to ATCEMS, extrication planning is in progress. AFD says that the person will be freed soon.
