Woman, 78, 'terrified' to answer her phone after being targeted by scammers

Gwen Skelton, 78, received a call from a man claiming to be from the fraud squad on Friday and gave him all her details after the con artist told her £600 had been taken out of her account and the only way to get it back was to hand them over
