Fellow ex-Yankees captains Don Mattingly, Thurman Munson could be headed to Hall of Fame

SAN DIEGO — Derek Jeter may not be the only Yankees captain going into the Baseball Hall of Fame next summer. Don Mattingly and Thurman Munson were on the ballot for the Modern Baseball Era Committee and Sunday night, we’ll know if those two former captains with join Jeter in the Hall.
