Tehran, Dec 16, IRNA – Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Abbas Mousavi said on Monday that initiation of the 5th step of scaling down JCPOA commitments is under investigation, expressing the hope that Europeans to remain seriously committed to their pledges.
