PG&E slumps in premarket trade as California governor objects to plan to exit bankruptcy

Shares of PG&E fell 22% in premarket trade as the governor of California, Gavin Newsom, is demanding changes to the utility's plan to pay wildfire victims and exit bankruptcy. Newsom said the plan doesn't result in a reorganized company positioned to "provide safe, reliable and affordable service." PG&E have already dropped 53% this year.
