When entrepreneur Natalia Zobel was growing up, she enjoyed the piquant chorizo penne pasta of chef-restaurateur Margarita Forés. Natalia’s sister, Bianca, appreciates Forés’ Christmas gift— taba ng talangka, crab fat paste, from Pangasinan.
