[Women's Basketball] Week 8: Women's Basketball Player of the Week

OKLAHOMA CITY – Alexis Shannon, after boasting a 30-point effort and a pair of double-doubles that led Mid-America Christian to a 3-0 week, was selected as the week 8 (Dec. 30 - Jan. 5) Sooner Athletic Conference women's basketball player of the week, the conference office announced Monday afternoon (Jan. 6).
