Chief Justice SA Bobde on Monday entrusted the task of reviewing an earlier five-judge bench judgment allowing entry of women in the 10-50 year age group into Sabarimala Ayyappa temple to a nine-judge constitution bench. The bench will start hearing the matter on January 13.
