Laval police have turned to the public in an effort to find 15-year-old Soulymane El-Alaoui Benchad, who left his home on Dec. 8. Recent contact with a family member suggests the boy may be in the borough of Saint-Léonard with his 13-year-old brother, who is also a runaway.
