The Fed: U.S. economy likely to avoid recession with help of last year’s rate cuts, Fed officials say

The Federal Reserve has a reasonable chance of achieving a soft landing for the U.S. economy despite the intensification of geopolitical risk, said St. Louis Fed President James Bullard on Thursday.
