It’s A Shame Goldman Is Mandating Board Diversity. It’s Also Necessary.

While attending the World Economic Forum in Davos last week, Goldman Sachs’ CEO, David Solomon, announced on CNBC that the bank will soon refuse to take a company public if its board lacks “at least one diverse candidate, with a focus on women.”
