Man who allegedly dumped pregnant girlfriend’s dead body on street charged with murder

Kelvin Philp, 25, allegedly shoved mom-to-be Tatiana Walton, 27, out of his car early Wednesday morning and left her dead body in front of her home on Lorraine Street at the Red Hook Houses, cops said.
