TOPEKA, Kan. — The top prosecutor in Kansas is suing over counterfeit Kansas City Chiefs and Super Bowl merchandise. Attorney General Derek Schmidt announced in a news release Friday that two lawsuits were filed Thursday in Shawnee County District Court.
