Showdown Coming In Benjamin Wey’s Case Against FINRA

Benjamin Wey was indicted in 2015 in the Southern District of New York (SDNY) on a market manipulation charge, in large part based on information fed to the DOJ, FBI and SEC by FINRA although I have not been a FINRA member.
