Brussels try to spoil Brexiteer celebrations with early removal of UK flag from EU Council

OFFICIALS from the European Union have sought to dampen Brexiteer celebrations and not cause a "televised moment" by removing the UK flag from the European Council hours before they had been scheduled to.
