Addressing a job fair Gorakhpur University, CM Adityanath said students of class 10, 12 and those pursuing graduation will be linked to technical institutes for six months to a year. They will be given an honorarium of Rs 2,500 per month. Of this, Rs 1,500 will be given by the centre and the rest by the state.
