Valentine’s Day proposers can pop the question with £15,000 ‘diamante’ ice cream

COLD hearts are sure to melt this Valentine’s Day as ice cream parlour Hans & Gretel launch the world’s most expensive ice cream gift.

The ‘diamante’ ice cream costs a whopping £15,000 and includes a diamond engagement ring, a private feast at their sweet store and a wedding cake.

As part of the Valentine’s Day Special, couples will be presented with their ice cream and handcrafted wedding cake by the characters Hansel & Gretel themselves.

But those who want to get their hands on the special ‘diamante’ ice cream will have to pre-order by Thursday 13 February to risk breaking hearts on Valentine’s Day.

The Hans & Gretel ice cream parlour is located in bustling Camden Market in North London, and started serving up wacky and wonderful sweet treats in November last year.

Their colourful, immersive store is already lighting up Instagram feeds with its giant lollipops and marshmallows hanging from the ceiling.

The store includes a selection of pick n mix world candies, a candy floss station and a range of exciting pastries and waffles to tempt those with a sweet tooth.
