Counting for the 70 assembly seats in Delhi will begin at 8am on Tuesday and trends will start pouring in around 11am. The counting of votes will start with postal ballots. Votes polled in EVMs will begin only after that. Depending on the size of the constituency, the votes will be counted in 10-16 rounds.
