Looking at the games from now on in.
If we were to replicate the results from last season it would mean only 4 more wins between now and May.
Now before we panic there are the three relegated and promoted clubs in there, so for the sake of this calculation I just took 1.7 points per game there ( our current average), 6 x 1.7 = 10.2 points plus the 12 from wins and the two draws which would give us a total of 79.
If we were however to replicate the results from this season it gets a bit more encouraging. 10 wins and two draws from the 15 games left 87 points.
After Brentford we have in my opinion only one tricky away day. Boro.
Our promotion rivals, Bristol have to come to EL
Now I know this is all moot as we have been so poor of late, but form is temporary while class is permanent.
We may be in relegation form but we were in promotion form, if we find the middle ground we have hope.
We have the easiest run in compared to our rivals, and we have already eclipsed most of the teams we come to play.
