Gold futures settle at highest in a week
Gold futures climbed on Monday to finish at their highest in a week, as worries surrounding the spread of the coronavirus and its impact on the global economy continued to feed haven demand for the metal. April gold rose $6.10, or 0.4%, to settle at $1,579.50 an ounce. That was the highest most-active contract settlement since Feb. 3, according to FactSet data.
