Lattice Semiconductor earnings top Street view

Lattice Semiconductor Corp. shares were quiet in the extended session Tuesday after a run-up in the regular session before results topped Wall Street estimates. At last check, Lattice shares were up 0.3% after hours, following a 4.5% rise in the regular session to close at $19.85. The company reported fourth-quarter net income of $14 million, or 10 cents a share, compared with a loss of $7.1 million, or 5 cents a share, in the year-ago period. Adjusted earnings were 17 cents a share, up from 8 cents a share in the year ago period. Revenue rose to $100.2 million from $96 million in the year-ago quarter. Analysts surveyed by FactSet had forecast earnings of 15 cents on revenue of $100.1 million. Lattice expects revenue of $96 million and $104 million in the first quarter, while analysts had forecast on revenue of $99.7 million.
