Parents have nicknamed their newborn baby "Kim Jong-un" because of her jet black mop of hair

Nell Purser-Barriff, four months, Shropshire was born with such a mop of hair that people stop her mother Samantha all the time to tell her how beautiful her baby is whenever they are out.
