Church of England is ‘institutionally racist’ says ‘ashamed’ Archbishop of Canterbury

THE ARCHBISHOP of Canterbury has admitted the Church of England is still "deeply institutionally racist" as he speaks out about its treatment of black and minority ethnic people.
