'Afraid' youths feel carrying a knife is 'only way to prevent being stabbed'

Parliament’s Youth Select Committee blamed inequality, cuts and differing chances as its report, entitled 'Our Generation’s Epidemic: Knife Crime' was launched tonight and blasted the 'limited interventions' available for youth violence
