Rob Gronkowski is showing off his amazing shirtless body – and it doesn’t look he has skipped a day at the gym, despite retiring from the NFL last year!

The 30-year-old retired tight end from the Patriots was seen taking a dip in the ocean in Miami, Florida on Wednesday (February 12).
