Bison Junior High Team has Six Placewinners at Juniata Tourney

HUNTINGDON — The Clearfield Area Junior High wresting team competed at the Juniata tournament over the weekend. The Bison wrestlers had a successful weekend placing six in the top-3 at their weights.

Those wrestlers left to right in the picture: Eric Meyers(2nd place/ 210), Will Domico (2nd/130), Carter Chamberlain (1st, 170), Ty Aveni (3rd/108), Brady Collins (1st, 103), Carter Freeland (3rd/122).

The Bison wrestlers compete this Sunday at the Area 5 tournament at St. Marys High school, with hopes of punching their ticket to the Junior High State Championships in Johnstown February 29th and March 1st.
