I visited the world’s highest restaurant at the top of Dubai’s Burj Khalifa, and don’t know why anyone bothers with the official observation deck

Just getting to Atmosphere was much more of an ordeal than I thought, and finding a time without a minimum spend was challenging, but it was worth it.
