A sub-committee of the UT administrator's advisory council on urban infrastructure on Tuesday recommended conversion of industrial plots from leasehold to freehold and increasing floor area ratio (FAR) on nominal charges allowing activities under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act.
