[Competitive Dance] Aquinas Wins Inaugural Competitive Dance Championship
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Aquinas took home the first-ever Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Competitive Dance championship with a total score of 84.96 at the Sturrus Sports & Fitness Center. The Saints ended the prelims with a score of 81.43 after a one-point deduction was applied and posted a 85.8 after just a 0.5 deduction in the finals. With the finals making up 75% of the days' score, the Saints won the inaugural championship by six points over Siena Heights. Cleary finished in third while Concordia and Spring Arbor rounded out the five schools.
