Zamboni driver wins NHL game after being tapped as emergency goalie

Dave Ayres, the 42-year-old Zamboni driver who works at the Toronto Maple Leafs’ stadium, was called into action by the Carolina Hurricanes after the team lost its two goaltenders to injuries, and Ayres helped them win the game.
