I-270SB near US 33 in southeast Columbus reopens following fatal crash

COLUMBUS (WCMH) — Police are investigating a fatal crash on I-270SB near U.S. 33 on the southeast side.  

According to the Columbus Division of Police, a crash between a semi-truck and another vehicle was reported on I-270SB near U.S. 33, at about 10:39 a.m. Tuesday. 

Police say one person was killed in the crash. 

No other injuries were reported.  

TRAFFIC

I-270SB and the ramp from U.S. 33WB to I-270SB were both closed due to the crash, but reopened at approximately 2:45 p.m.
