London, Feb 25, IRNA - Secretary-General of the European External Action Service (EEAS) Helga Maria Schmid said on Tuesday ahead of the meeting of the Joint Commission on the Joint Comprehension Plan of Action (JCPOA) that we all have a collective duty to maintain Iran's nuclear deal.
