From wheelchair and out the door

On 02-08-2020 at approximately 12:32PM, the pictured subject was captured on security video inside the Target Store located at 1201 Bruce B Downs. While inside the store the unidentified subject selected two Dyson Vacuum Cleaners. He removed the merchandise from the store without rendering payment.
