Ex-Spurs striker has his say on whether club could still qualify for Champions League
Tottenham Hotspur are still in the hunt for the Champions League places this season, but their pursuit took a hit last weekend when they lost to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
The Lilywhites would have gone above the Blues and into fourth for the first time under Jose Mourinho with a win, but they could only manage a 2-1 loss in the London derby.
This meant that Chelsea extended their lead over Spurs to four points, although there are plenty more teams in the mix for those Champions League spots.
Chelsea are in fourth on 44 points, Man United are in fifth on 41 points, followed by Spurs on 40 points, Sheffield on 40 points, Wolves on 39 points, Arsenal and Burnley on 37 points, and Everton on 36 points.
